From 1933 to 1938, Venezuela applied the following hand-stamp to some of its mail:
At this point, little is known about this hand-stamp. I do have a photocopy of a one page article from "The Stamp Lover" issued in 1991 and written by Peter K. Brack
The MPI has produced a handbook PDF with a list of the items which has been found over the last few decades: Venezuela (1933-38) Slogan Hand-stamps
I purchased an incoming cover to Venezuela which is the only incoming cover with the hand-stamp found to date.
