Frank Ulrich Hand Painted FDCs
(Published: April, 2014, Volume 14, Number 1, Issue #35) (Table Of Contents)(Author: Larry Fillion)
Frank J. Ulrich produced many fine hand painted cachets, usually multiple versions of a cachet for the same stamp.
I have just purchased seven Frank Ulrich covers created for a few different malaria issues. These all came from one dealer
and are all addressed to James H. Sheaffer.
From the APS (American Philatelic Society) and AFDCS (American First Day Cover Society) archives, the following:
I am very interested to know if Ulrich created a FDC/cachet for U.S. Scott 1194 or a FDC/cachet for U.N. Scott 102 or 103.
