The Malaria Philatelists International (MPI) has a handbook for the Slogans of the Philatelic Agency For Malaria Eradication Postage Stamps. The handbook focuses on the slogans for the agency and there is one letter in there. The Donald R. Johnson collection had lots of small articles, clippings and other "historical" items related to the campaign and malaria itself. Below are scans of all of the items including newsletters sent to out to collectors interested in purchasing stamps which were part of the stamp campaign. There is even an order sheet and a business card. [Some of the newsletters appear to be copies on old style copy paper and are hard to read]
